Welcome to your Monday moment of pause...

It's bank holiday Monday and I hope you have many moments of pause today and some super sprinklings of cheer.  This weeks newsletter is dominated by flowers and skincare and I think the pictures say it all.  So as we're all hopefully taking some time away from our inbox I'll keep this edition light on words and bursting with beautiful pictures that speak for themselves.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show in pictures

What a day.  29 degrees heat.  Socks well and truly walked off.  So many heart smile moments and lovely chats. Blessed indeed. 

Weleda skincare exclusives for Chelsea Flower Show

Everyone visiting the Weleda trade stand at Chelsea Flower show was able to sample lots of different skincare products including Skin Food original/oil/mist/serum/lotion, day creams and the new SPF glow cream.  As the official skincare sponsor all of the washrooms were fitted with bottles of Skin Food hand wash and Skin food hand lotion. You can imagine how lovely that was on such a hot day and the gift sets were flying off the shelf.

This week's heart smile 

Did I mention Chelsea Flower show?  The experience was wonderful, the gardens exquisite and meeting up with old friends the very best part.  Kim (in the middle) and I met for the first time in July 2019 when I attended ValleyFest with Weleda to provide relaxing facials in the wellbeing zone.  I was so nervous and inexperienced then but felt so excited to be part of this wonderful group of women.  The person who encouraged me to take part saw something in me I hadn't even seen in myself and it was the most uplifting experience and the catalyst for the path I'm now on as a massage therapist.  Tina (on the right) has been an aromatherapist for 25 years (now more likely to be found in the garden of her airbnb in Norfolk) but she still shares her healing hands with friends and family.  We've come together online at training seminars but never met in person so it was a real treat to explore the show with these two lovely ladies (and we didn't lose each other once which was quite an achievement).
